Should teams which to book extra floor time in the schools/community centre or arena all booking must go through Pat Hanson - Scheduler. (firstname.lastname@example.org) Teams are responsible for all floor costs and a minimum of 2 hour blocks are needed to book. Coaches will be invoiced by the Treasurer and must be paid with 14 days of booking. Bookings will be done based on floor availability with the Town. No teams are permitted to book unless through the scheduler.
